As a fractional marketing operations and delivery partner, I manage the tension between commercial priorities and day-to-day execution, providing senior oversight and flexible delivery without the cost and complexity of a bigger team.
My 25+ years in B2B marketing span professional services, financial services, legal, education and technology. Most of it spent inside organisations, accountable for the result rather than advising from the outside.
I also bring an agency-side perspective, overseeing digital delivery for global B2B clients across SEO, paid search, paid social (LinkedIn and Meta) and tech development teams, experience that keeps my approach current and hands-on.
